I have a Phantom 3 Pro and do video and photo with it, but would love the smaller size and quieter operation of a Mini 2. I know the cameras seem similar, the Mini is supposedly just as stable in wind, has longer flight time, etc. Obviously it would be easier on the wallet to sell the Phantom to buy a Mini. The DJI Phantom 3 is available in white, while the 3DR Solo can be availed in black, red, or blue color schemes. The new color option for the 3dr Solo makes it easier to track when using a GoPro camera mounted on it visually.
